Tools and blanks for sale
The workshop is fully equipped, and carving tools, equipment and blanks can be bought on site — from the first knife to blanks for larger work.
You go home with the piece you carved, and with knowledge: what you were shown, and what settled on its own.
It is in the cut, the patience, the mistakes and the mending that the hand learns. The finished piece is only the trace of the hours.

The workshop is at Taraldset in Hornindal, in Nordfjord in Volda municipality, ringed by mountain and forest. Driving is the most convenient. The nearest airports are Ørsta–Volda and Ålesund.

Facilities
A bright, warm workshop with proper benches and fully equipped tool sets. There is a break room with a fridge and space to make something simple to eat, a toilet and shower, and plenty of parking.
